CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, if you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

We accept popular cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin), credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

Our Standard Shipping takes between 10-15 business days. We know nobody likes to wait this long for your item to arrive but we know that once you receive your items it will be worth the wait!

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OR NOT?

When your items have been fulfilled, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days.

COURSE: CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKED SCHEDULE?

Yes, if you need to make any changes to your class schedule, please contact our Customer Service 10 Days before the booked class starts. Or if you can't make it to the class without changing schedule, you can re-book for next re-attend class, course fee is FREE for 20 years, just need to pay for the venue fee.

If you need to change class venue, please take note that extra venue fee may apply.

COURSE: I COME FROM OTHER COUNTRY OR CITIES, CAN I GET HELP ON ARRANGING AIR TICKET, ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT?

Yes, please contact our Customer Service 7 Days before your class starts however the earlier you book the cheaper you get. We will help you with the arrangement FREE of charges, you will only pay for the cost of air ticket, accommodation, transport and charges that are not from us. Payment has to be paid within 3 hours before booking can be confirmed.

WHEN REFUND IS APPROVED, WHAT FORM OF REFUND DO I GET AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

You will either get it in the form of credit on our site OR get back the way you made the payment, i.e. if you made payment through credit card, we will refund to your same card, this decision is sole discretion of our management and decision made is final.

The date you receive the refund depends on the time needed for our account department's checking, verifying, refund request submission to payment processing provider, and your side of bank's processing, it could be between 7 to 60 days.
